P1Pawtropolis (Under Fire) 🐾 I want this to be over

Teaser
Hundreds of people did not ask for this. They do not see the end. They wake up to another day of noise and dust and waiting, trapped in a room they never chose.
Going deeper
In rooms like this, adults count sirens instead of days. Children learn the shape of the ceiling better than the shape of the sky. Nobody plans next year. They plan the next hour, the next alert, the next time the walls shake and everyone pretends not to be afraid.
BUT WHY:
Pawtropolis (Under Fire) is a quiet protest: war is never normal, and the moment it starts to feel normal to us is the moment we become dangerous.
Real people get renamed into abstractions: collateral damage, security operations, precision strikes. Lovable pets flip that move: you feel for beings who cannot understand why the sky is trying to kill them.
If it takes cats and dogs to get people to wake up, then that is what must be done.
