W2Reptilocracy 🦎🏛️ Fear Runs The Chain

Teaser

Fear Runs The Chain when the org asks for risk on paper, but the living reward is quiet and safe words on the way up.

TLDR

Everyone tracks the mood above them, so truth gets filtered at every layer. The system says “report risk,” but rewards “don’t trigger fear.”

Context

This is a fear chain: each layer feels more danger from upsetting superiors than from the actual problem. Incentives like promotions, reviews, and blame exposure push people to soften bad news, delay escalation, or reroute it sideways.

Narrative control emerges inside the organisation: signals get translated into safer language before they move upward. This feels professional because it protects relationships and status. “Bad news shrinks as it climbs.” Without filters for honesty, courage, and reality-contact, systems select people who manage perception instead of confronting risk early.

BUT WHY:

This is part of an experiment: we are keeping count of how many scenes it takes before we agree that leaders with real power should prove they are psychologically fit to hold it.

By turning our instincts and hive habits into animals, the project asks why we still let untested nervous systems run entire societies.

In a world where one unstable nervous system can scale to entire institutions, this project treats Reptilocracy as the cartoon diagnosis and points to one concrete step: a public petition for stronger checks, balances, and psychological fitness standards for Australia’s top leaders.
