W21Reptilocracy 🦎🏛️ The Self-Certified Certificate

Teaser

Denied is the only outside verdict on file. Compliance writes the checklist and signs the approval.

TLDR

An outside review is pulled in-house so the office under test also issues the stamp. Self-attestation replaces an external verdict. Fit for Office then proves only that Compliance can approve itself.

Context

When a Request for Independent Assessment lands, Compliance keeps the file and rewrites the standard as self-attestation.

An external auditor would produce a finding the office does not control. In-house signing avoids that second signature.

The request is filed as obstruction of process. The paper comes back Denied.

BUT WHY:

This is part of an experiment: we are keeping count of how many scenes it takes before we agree that leaders with real power should prove they are psychologically fit to hold it.

By turning our instincts and hive habits into animals, the project asks why we still let untested nervous systems run entire societies.

In a world where one unstable nervous system can scale to entire institutions, this project treats Reptilocracy as the cartoon diagnosis and points to one concrete step: the Change.org petition (Stronger Checks and Balances: Psychological Fitness for Australia’s Top Leaders).
